Why didn't I receive the SMS verification code?

We cannot confirm the SMS sending status of the telecom operator because the registration verification must be completed within 10 minutes. If you have not received the SMS after 10 minutes, you must re-register.

Can’t receive the verification number on my mobile phone?

Your "Mobile Phone Authentication" will continue to fail to be authenticated. It may be due to the following factors. We would like to remind you:

What is OPEN POINT?

1. OPEN POINT is a bonus point business issued by Uni-President Supermarket Co., Ltd.

2. Uni-President Supermarket uses the electronic ticket icash2.0 card number issued by Aijin Card Co., Ltd. as the record index of OPEN POINT at the physical channel accumulation point. When consumers use the icash2.0 card to check out, they use icash2. Use 0 cards as a vehicle to accumulate and use points and query them

3. Accumulate points: Members can accumulate OPEN POINT regardless of payment method by using their mobile phone or reading the membership barcode during consumption.

How do I know or check the current accumulated points?

If you want to check your points, we provide you with the following two methods for reference:

1. Register as an OPEN POINT member and click on the point record query at the top of the APP homepage.

2. You can bring your icash card to ibon stores in 7-ELEVEN stores across Taiwan, and follow the on-screen instructions to choose to check points or recent consumption records, etc.

How long will it take for the points to be credited?

Points accumulated from new consumption will be transferred to the member account within 96 hours after logging in at the latest. Points received from membership activities or participation in online activities will be transferred to the member account at the specified time, and the points required to redeem gifts will be The former will be deducted first based on the date of gift receipt.
