Gift cards and vouchers general info

Voucher Codes

- Please note that each voucher code may only be used once. The following applies to vouchers from campaigns in our newsletters, magazines, etc:

- Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. Vouchers can, however, be used in combination with Gift Cards.

- Please check the expiry date of your voucher code

- Certain voucher codes cannot be used to purchase discounted items

- Voucher codes may only be valid for particular products and categories

 -Voucher codes may have a minimum order value

- If you send goods back, we reserve the right to not renew the validity of your voucher code

Gift Cards

- Gift cards are valid for a limited period of five years from the purchase date.

- It is possible to use more than one gift card per order (these can also be used in combination with a voucher code) until you reach a maximum amount of £170. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to €5,000. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to €5,000.

- After placing an order, any value left on your gift card will stay on your gift card total.

 -Your gift card total can be found in ‘My Account’ under ‘Gift card total’

- If you return goods that have been purchased with a gift card the amount will be refunded back to your gift card total and you will be able to use it on future orders.

- Gift card total cannot be exchanged for cash

- There is no minimum order value for orders placed using a gift card

Store opening requirements

Zalando hopes to provide customers with a unique shopping experience, so it hopes that the sellers who settle in can meet the following requirements and standards:

1. The product categories are as follows: clothing, shoes, accessories and sports (other categories of products are not accepted). The third-party brands settled in the platform are preferably supplementary brands needed by the platform;

2. The Zalando platform provides free delivery and a 100-day free return policy, and also hopes that sellers provide the same service;

3. Third-party sellers do not have stores like Amazon and eBay on the Zalando platform. The seller's brand name will only be marked under the seller's own listing. Zalando's own products have priority;

4. In addition to strict requirements on product categories, Zalando's product descriptions and pictures launched by third-party sellers must also be consistent with the overall website style.

5. Regardless of the order amount, free shipping is provided;

6. The brand must have opened an online store;

7. Taking Zalando.de as an example, the settled sellers or brands must have a registered office in Germany;

8. The seller must have a valid business license and brand or obtain brand authorization.

Products that can be sold on Zalando:

Since this online platform is mainly fashion-oriented, there are restrictions on the types of products that can be sold. Take a look at which of the following products you can sell:

Entry and store opening fees

· If Chinese sellers are interested in entering Zalando, the following is the email address of Zalando's investment promotion department. Sellers can send an email to the following address: partner.programm@zalando.de.

· Zalando charges a commission of 8% for each transaction completed by third-party brands on the platform. At the same time, a tiered commission structure is implemented, which is suitable for rewarding high-quality sellers.

App permissions:

- Identity: Needed for personalized notifications such as vouchers and sale alerts

- Photos/Media/Files: Essential for faster product image loading without access to personal photos or data

- Camera: Required for photo search and barcode scanning features

You may not make purchases outside of Zalando's operating countries using the FashionStore App (“App”), except within the designated regions ("Permitted Areas"). To place an order, you must be physically present within a Permitted Area and provide delivery and billing addresses accordingly. Changing addresses to outside Permitted Areas is not allowed. By using the App, you acknowledge that purchases are restricted to the Permitted Areas and agree not to make purchases outside them.
