Specify route and date

Go to the Railway tickets section and indicate the place of departure, arrival and date. If you leave the date field empty, you will see the general train schedule for the selected route. After that, click on the search button.

If there are no train tickets, order a free notification on Tutu - we will inform you when sales begin or someone returns the ticket. You can also pre-order and we will buy a ticket for you when it goes on sale.

Select the appropriate train and car type

For each flight, we show the departure and arrival times, the duration of the trip, the number of seats in different cars and their cost.

Enter the number of passengers and select seats

One order can have a maximum of 4 passengers. If there are more passengers, place several orders. A ticket for a child without a seat can only be issued together with an adult passenger. Children's tickets may be sold at a discount.

For your convenience, we suggest the best available seats on the train, for example, near the window or on the bottom bunk. The option is not available for all cars.

Fill in passenger information and provide contacts

Passengers' full names and identification details will be required to issue tickets. List of documents that can be used when ordering tickets . We will send tickets to the specified email, and an SMS with the order code and a reminder about the trip to your phone number.

After your first purchase on Tutu, you will no longer need to enter document data - the next time you order, the fields will be filled in automatically after specifying the passenger's last name. To do this you need to be logged in to Tutu.ru.

Bank cards of payment systems Visa, MasterCard, MIR, issued in Russia, are accepted for payment. It will not be possible to pay for your order using cards received abroad due to technical limitations of payment systems. If you have a Tutu certificate or promotional code, check the appropriate box and enter its number. The ticket is reserved for payment for 15 minutes.

You cannot spend Russian Railways bonuses on Tutu.ru. But you can indicate your Russian Railways Bonus account number, and after the trip, carrier bonuses will be credited to this account.

Confirm the order and pay the ego

According to Russian Railways rules, 15 minutes are allotted to pay for selected seats. If you do not pay for your order during this time, the seats will become available to other customers. Hurry up, especially if there are few tickets left for the selected train.

The sale of electronic tickets for Russian trains closes 15 minutes before the train departs from the passenger station.

After payment, you will receive an electronic ticket (boarding pass) by email, and an SMS with a 14-digit order (ticket) number will be sent to your phone. The ticket can be printed or shown electronically to the conductor. Some tickets must be printed. If suddenly the ticket did not arrive, for example, you made a mistake in the mail address, contact our contact center, provide the order number and the correct address.

When you issue most train tickets on Russian railways, you automatically go through electronic check-in for your flight . Thanks to it, you don’t have to get a ticket at the ticket office, but get on the train straight away. To board, you will need the original ID you used to place your order. According to Russian Railways rules, the conductor may require to show a ticket in electronic or printed form, but in practice a passport is usually sufficient. You can present an electronic ticket from the screen of your mobile phone or any other device.

If you wish, you can get a ticket with electronic registration on a form: go to the ticket office at the station (only in the Russian Federation) or print your ticket yourself at a self-service terminal . This can be done at any time from the moment of purchase until the train departs. You will need your order (ticket) number and the ID you provided at the time of purchase. Railway ticket offices may be closed for breaks; we recommend checking their opening hours in advance.

On some flights, for example foreign ones, there is no electronic check-in, then the ticket will need to be obtained on a form. You will see this information when purchasing your ticket.
