Zenni - Online glasses shopping

It'd be great if they could add sorting options like on their website. Changing the lens in your cart is difficult; you have to start over. Having more student discount choices and making the app easier to use would improve the shopping experience. Ordering from the website might be a better idea.

Zenni's customer service is amazing. I always share about Zenni when people say they like my glasses! I once lost a pair in the ocean, but had a new pair ready when I returned from vacation. I also got assistance ordering special readers and the lady was so helpful in making sure I got what I needed. My glasses are just perfect!

I've bought stuff from this company four times already and everything has always been great. The glasses they sent me were awesome, and the prices are really good. Plus, I like that there are a lot of options for customizing the glasses.

Also, some frames don't look like how they were described online. Any money you think you'll save here will just end up being spent on feeling annoyed.

The options are available but not easy to find. Still, ordering is straightforward, and the sorting features are useful!
