Where can I find my coupons?

You can find your issued coupons by tapping the notification button in the top right corner of the home screen.

Remember, discount coupons show up in the notification box, not the gift box! 

You can also check your coupons in the settings at the top right corner of your profile.

Make sure to check the expiration dates in your coupon box so you don't miss out on using them!

How do I use my discount coupons?

ZEPETO

Tap [Use Coupon] in the coupon area to go to the shop.

When you press the purchase button for an item, you'll see the final price with the discount coupon applied at the final purchase step.

Can I use multiple coupons on one item?

You can only apply one coupon per item.

Can I use a coupon when gifting?

Unfortunately, you can't use discount coupons when gifting.

Can I use a coupon to get a free item if the item costs less than the coupon's amount?

No, you can only use coupons if the item's price is higher than the coupon's maximum discount amount.

    I started playing Zepeto when there was only one map, and it's incredible to see how much it has expanded since then. It's hands down the best app for creating avatars. The customization options are endless, and you don't need to spend real money to play. During the COVID lockdowns, exploring the maps was therapeutic as it made me feel like I could still have fun and go out. I also like that completing quests now gives you a lot of coins as rewards. I really enjoy this game. ❤

    Playing this game is a blast! It's the most enjoyable game I've ever played. You can customize your character's clothes, hair, and skin color. Plus, you get to make new friends who are as lovely as you all. I suggest downloading it and giving it a try!

    This app is so enjoyable to be in. I really like its features and the opportunity to make friends. The aspect of sociology in the app is interesting, but it's frustrating that I can't access my video templates. It would be great if Zepeto could provide support for devices like mine that are having trouble with the video templates.

    Using this app is really fun. You get to interact with people from different countries and personalize your character. I think adding more curly and coily hairstyles would be great! I'm so glad they fixed the issues and added the option to adjust body shape and height. Overall, I love this app!

    Everything's good for me. The game is great, although there's a bit of lag, but it doesn't affect gameplay at all. I really enjoy it. Just one thing - could you not delete the "recently worn" items when switching accounts? There was an item I had been saving up coins for in there. It's no longer available in the catalog, but it's still in "recently worn." When I switched accounts today and then came back to my main account, the "recently worn" list had been cleared. Now, the item is gone.

    I really like this app, but there is a big issue with it. When Android users upload a video, there is always a lag at the beginning, almost like a pause. Our videos end up being very choppy now, whereas they used to be as smooth as iPhone users' videos. Another problem is that the text we add to our videos becomes laggy and blurry. It would be great if you could address these issues.

    I got this app and removed it a few times without any real reason. It just uses up too much space. I then watched Shane's video about "white noise". I installed it again and listened through my speaker. I thought it would be really faint and hardly noticeable. But the "white noise" was super noticeable. It's like the static from a faulty TV. I'm not scared of it, but I can say the noise is there, which is intriguing.
