Zoho Mail - Email and Calendar

This app is really great for managing your Zoho mail. It's easy to check and reply to emails because the interface is simple and user-friendly. There are hardly any bugs, which is a big plus. However, I wish you could set reminders for emails or schedule them to be sent at specific times. This would be very helpful for people who use their phones for work. Zoho, it would be fantastic if you could add this scheduling feature to the mobile app!

The app is good overall, but a couple of days back, the push notifications suddenly stopped working. I'm happy to report that the customer service team resolved the issue with the system glitch, and now everything is back to normal. Moreover, I can see that the IMAP settings for Yandex, which I had set on my desktop, are also visible on the app, which is perfect for me. There are also settings available for other email providers, making it very convenient.

It does what I need. No issues with the app. Their support is excellent. If they detect hacking attempts on your email, they block sending emails but you can still receive them in the app. Programs like Mozilla Thunderbird may not show incoming emails. If using a VPN, inform them as it may trigger security concerns when they notice your varied location accesses.

Alright, so here's the deal. If you don't check your email on your phone for a day, it can really slow down when trying to download all the new emails. Another thing with Android phones is that you can't change the email notifications separately. They just stick to the same ringtone as all your other notifications. It would be great if there was an option to tweak the settings just for emails in the mail app. You do get some customization options for other apps from Zoho, but sadly not for the mailbox app specifically.

I love using Zoho Mail for my email needs, it's truly wonderful. The design is clean and easy to navigate, a refreshing change from the cluttered look of Gmail. The material design is not only pleasing to the eye but also maintains the functionality of the app. And can we talk about the built-in themes and fonts? These developers really know their stuff! 👍🏻

I really like using the app. But I have this idea in mind. What if there was a separate app just for the calendar? It would be so convenient! Right now, it's nice that I can access the calendar from my email home page, but I don't like having to open my email first and then look for the calendar icon every time I need to check my schedule. It feels like it takes extra time and effort. If there was a dedicated app just for the calendar, I could simply click on it and go straight to my calendar. That would save me a lot of time.

This review talks about the latest version of the app. The archiving feature doesn't function properly. When I try to archive an email, it just vanishes. This is really frustrating for users. Despite this issue, the app seems to have good design overall. Update: Zoho responded to my problem. It turns out that I had made a folder with the same name and got confused with its function. Now, the search feature that used to miss such emails before is able to find them. Maybe there was an update in the background.

The developers are so dedicated, always listening to feedback and making the changes we ask for. Customer support was fantastic, and they have added many features that I wanted. I plan to keep using Zoho mail for my business.
