    I had a really bad experience with this app. My order was stuck with Libanpost for 3 whole months! I had to contact customer service over 5 times just to ask about my order. In the end, they deleted my order and said they came to my house but I refused to accept it. It's so unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

    If you live in KPK, your only address options are Peshawar and Shabqadr. After looking through a lot of items, I went to enter my address on the app and was surprised by the dropdown menu options.

    I want to be able to easily find items with free shipping because it's hard when the shipping costs more than the item itself! They should show the shipping price upfront or have a filter for free shipping.

    I ordered something from Zood on 9th September, but they cancelled my order. I've asked for a refund several times, but they keep saying it's being processed. Instead of giving me my money back, they just give me coupons for the same amount. I keep telling them to refund my money because I don't want to buy anything else from their app. It's frustrating to keep getting emails saying they're still working on it.

The prices are mostly affordable, especially for phones. However, some items seem to be priced too high, it would be good if that could be adjusted.
