Does Zoom offer cash back?

Whenever you want to check your statement or make a withdrawal, you just need to log into your Zoom account and click on the wallet icon located at the bottom of the app.

I haven't received my cash back yet, how long does it take for it to appear in my wallet after purchase?

The time it takes for the cashback to appear in your wallet varies according to the store where you completed your purchase.

We will explain how it works step by step:

    1- The partner store organizes all orders generated from Zoom and sends us the information within the agreed deadline.

    2- As soon as we receive confirmation of your purchase from the store, we carry out internal validation of compliance with the rules for earning cashback and if everything is correct, the benefit is transferred to your Zoom wallet with the status Pending. The time it takes to see this status is, on average, 10 days.

    3- Within 65 calendar days after the order is approved, the cashback status will change from Pending to Available and will be available for redemption. The order must have been delivered and there must have been no exchanges - except for defects - or cancellations of the purchase, okay?

Around 80% of orders with confirmed cashbacks appear in the Zoom wallet within 10 days.

Is there a deadline for cash back?

Customers on our platform have up to 90 (ninety) days from the date of order approval to open any type of request regarding the Cashback.

After this period, we will not be able to recover it from the responsible store.

    Returns, exchanges or cancellations (except in cases of exchanges due to product defects) cancel the money back;

    Clear the cart on the partner store's website before being redirected to the partner website by our platform;

    Exceptionally at the Fast Shop Store, purchases directed by our platform must be made through the partner store's website; if you complete the purchase through the store's app, the Cashback will not be granted.
