The service is so unreliable! My booking got canceled just 3 hours before I was supposed to pick up the car. The app claimed they would switch the car without any extra cost, but when I attempted to make the change, it kept sending me to the payment section. I didn't mind paying more to switch cars because it was causing chaos in my entire schedule, but I couldn't reserve any cars near me due to a glitch in the app (it kept showing 'modification failure - car not available' even though the car was clearly on the list).

Every time I use the app, it's a great experience. It always goes beyond what I expect. The prices are really good too. Zoomcar is a convenient rental solution. The app is easy to use for booking. There are many different types of cars to choose from, so you can find one that fits your style and budget. Sometimes the cleanliness of the cars is not as good as it should be, which can affect the experience. But their customer support team is quick to solve any problems. Zoomcar is definitely my favorite choice.

I had to catch a train back and the host was kind enough to collect the keys. Overall, it was a terrible app and customer service.

It was a nightmare! Avoid using this app and zoom car services. They are both terrible. They offer no help at all. Cars are not provided on time. We waited on the road for the car in the middle of the night (2:30am). The car host said he would come in 10 minutes but then stopped answering calls and never showed up. After an hour, the app cancelled the car due to technical issues. There is no customer service available on the app. It's just a bot that cannot assist with anything.
