FAQs

How long does it take to upload photos?

There are many factors that influence upload time, including the speed of your connection and the size of your photos. The faster your Internet connection, the less time it will take to upload your photos.

During the upload process we will provide you with an "Estimated time left" for your upload. Remember - do not leave the upload page while the upload is in progress. Clicking on any link or button on that page will interrupt the upload.

Are my pictures safe with you?

Customer's privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We do not share your images with any third party. Also, the pictures get deleted from our system after 15 days of the order being delivered.

Do you have Photo editing Option?

Due to the fully automated order processing system we do not have any option to edit the pictures from our end. We print the pictures in the same manner as provided by you. The pictures uploaded by you are considered as a ready file and it goes straight into the print.

How can I save my creation.

Once the product is added to the cart, you will get an option to either edit or remove that product.To save the creation, kindly select Remove and under that pop-up you will get an option to save creation. Select that and name the creation. It will directly go into your creations, also the product shall be in the Account only for a month. If you fail to place an order for it, it shall get deleted automatically.

How do I use Zoomin Rewards?

Once the order is added to the cart, on the shipping method page you will see a reward points box in which it allows you to utilize your points by clicking on “use points”. 1 reward equals to Rs.1 off. Rewards points cannot be used against shipping charges and taxes.
