    The app has improved a lot. It's really easy to view my camera feeds. I gave it four stars because of some connectivity issues. Sometimes, I have to restart my system just to get the app connected again. I know it might be related to the internet, but my Ring system works just fine. Overall, it's good and I'm happy with it.

    You're having a tough time with your new system. Only on day two and already running into issues. You got it at a decent price, which is great, but now the app is giving you trouble. It keeps saying your phone number is invalid no matter how you format it. Without that code, remote access isn’t happening. Local login does work, but it's slow. Streaming just one camera at a time feels frustrating. Switching between them takes ages, 5 to 10 seconds to connect every time. Meanwhile, your old setup from 13 years ago streams four cameras effortlessly and connects almost instantly. If you can’t get a third-party app using DDNS to access everything smoothly, you’re thinking about sending the whole system back. That’s a lot of hassle for something new.

    I didn't use the app at all during the first year with my cameras. Just watched everything on my TV. Lost the instructions within that time, but setting up the app turned out to be a breeze. Last week, I was in Belize and streamed all five cameras. The clarity surprised me, especially being so far away. A bit of lag popped up now and then, but overall, the app performed well! Seems like most of those one-star complaints come from user mistakes rather than issues with the equipment.

    The app offers a live camera feed with a slight delay of one or two seconds. On the home screen, you can see up to 16 channels, but they won't update in real time. To watch a specific channel live, a click is necessary for each camera. You can access playback, enjoy audio from the cameras, and use the e-zoom feature. Overall, the app functions well, but there's room for improvement, especially regarding the NVR UI.
